We do not accept returns, or exchanges of custom orders unless/otherwise they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit accordance to the size ordered. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Oversize, perishable or hazardous-material items cannot be returned. Items that have been worn, ironed, steamed or washed will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Outfits that have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of iron marks or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There are no refunds for shipping and handling charges, unless it is a shipping error on our part.Please note that Custom orders are based on the measurements that you provide on our website, Sakhi will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided.
